Festival Planner is a free, unofficial tool. These terms describe what it is, what it is not, and what you can rely on it for.

1. Unofficial and unaffiliated

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the festivals it covers, their organisers, promoters, venues or ticket sellers. It is an independent project that reads publicly published schedules and lays them out so they can be planned against.

2. Accuracy

Timetables are transcribed by hand from each organiser's own published schedule and checked against secondary sources where they exist. Care is taken, but errors are possible, and lineups change: sets get moved, stages get renamed, artists cancel.

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this site — including a set you missed, a ticket you bought, or a journey you made on the strength of something shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limits cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Trade marks and artwork

Festival names, logos, posters and artist images belong to their respective owners. They appear here solely to identify the festival or artist a listing refers to, which is a descriptive use, and no claim of ownership or endorsement is made or implied.

If you hold rights in material shown here and would like it removed or credited differently, write to festarri.fi@gmail.com and it will be dealt with promptly.

5. Links to other sites

Links to official festival sites, ticket sellers and streaming services are provided for convenience. Those sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or anything you buy through them.

6. Acceptable use

You are welcome to use the site for personal planning, to share links to it, and to open it offline. Please do not present it as an official schedule, or republish it in a way that implies it is.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
